SHIPPING AND RETURNS
FDS ships to customers all over the world excluding the European Union, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, and Afghanistan. It is important to understand before ordering that each country has its individual complexities in terms of imports from the United States and FDS cannot be held responsible for any customs duties whatsoever leveled by governments over which it has no control, nor can it be held responsible for packages lost in international transit. We do not insure our shipments. Products of ours that have been impounded by customs, delivery charges and cost of goods will not be refunded. There are extremely often issues involved and unexpected problems that arise in importing goods from other countries. FDS has no control of when packages arrive when they are kept by customs officials, nor any idea of when these items might be released or delivered.
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping costs both ways (i.e. the customer pays all shipping costs associated with returns), no questions asked. Such goods must be received within 30 days. Simply contact FDS to initiate a return. Unfortunately, FDS cannot under any circumstances accept a return on an item that has been used; FDS provides multiple opportunities every year at events across the US to demo its products.
