SHIPPING AND RETURNS
FDS ships to all of North America, providing free shipping to the United States. We also currently ship all our products with the exception of DigiAlti to the UK, EU, UAE, South Korea and Japan. Contact FDS directly in regards to shipping to other countries. We can often accommodate requests, but each country has its individual complexities in terms of imports from the United States and FDS cannot be held responsible for any customs duties whatsoever leveled by governments over which it has no control. Products of ours that have been impounded by customs, delivery charges and cost of goods will not be refunded. There are extremely often issues involved and unexpected problems that arise in importing goods from other countries, and the COVID-19 crisis has made this even worse than normal.

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping costs both ways (i.e. the customer pays all shipping costs associated with returns), no questions asked. Such goods must be received within 30 days. Simply contact FDS to initiate a return. Unfortunately, FDS cannot under any circumstances accept a return on an item that has been used; FDS provides multiple opportunities every year at events across the US to demo its products.
